Boyner, a leading fashion and department store retailer in Turkey, operates 139 stores across 37 provinces, offering six distinct retail concepts: Boyner department stores, Boyner Sports, YKM Sport, Outlet Stores, and YKM Stores.

In today’s consumer market, driven by Millennials and other key demographic groups, it’s essential for retailers to not only provide the products these generations want but also design store environments that cater to their shopping habits. While Millennials are often perceived as exclusively online shoppers, they do visit physical stores, frequently using smartphones to compare prices as they shop. Contrary to common belief, Millennials and similar consumer groups are brand loyal, making it crucial to craft engaging in-store experiences that resonate with them.

Creating a Millennial-friendly retail store, along with an engaging online presence and active social media platforms, is a powerful way to build brand loyalty. Boyner has excelled at this, sourcing a wide variety of domestic and international brands across categories such as women's, men's, and children's apparel, shoes, activewear, accessories, cosmetics, and home decor.

When Boyner's CEO and Managing Director tasked us with designing a children's fashion store concept, we set out to create an immersive retail environment for their kids' apparel and footwear collections.
