CampbellRigg was engaged by Maison Galaxy, a premier supermarket operator in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, to develop a cohesive retail brand strategy, innovative store design, and immersive interior environment. The project aimed to enhance the in-store experience, strengthen brand identity, and drive commercial performance across all store formats.

Maison Galaxy’s brand identity, store design, and in-store messaging embody its deep connection to Kinshasa’s French-speaking retail community in the Democratic Republic of Congo.


The Challenge:
Maison Galaxy aimed to transform its supermarket environment into a space that better reflects its brand positioning and appeals to modern shoppers. The existing identity lacked clarity and consistency, and the store environments did not fully support intuitive navigation or engaging retail experiences.
