Continuum is a leading specialist property developer in Kyiv. Their Mechnikova flagship development is considered one of the best locations in the city, near the business centre and within walking distance of the government quarter.
The 26-floor development offers exclusive private facilities for residents, including full shopping centre infrastructure, fitness suite, spa salon, secure underground parking by separate negotiation, valet parking, concierge and 24hr security.
To strengthen Continium’s position in the luxury property segment, the development team wanted to make the ‘Mechnikova’ brand identity distinctive with a mark that symbolised higher status in the property market.
We created various brand identity options and produced various iterations for each. We arrived at a three-ring symbol that has a universal appeal symbolising attributes such as unity, energy and self-confidence among many others. The CampbellRigg design adds finesse to the Mechnikova brand when applied across promotional materials, and other brand touchpoints.
