Store Design Concept: Enhancing Engagement and Maximising Sales
Telecom retail design, often defined by compact store formats, plays a critical role in attracting customers and driving commercial performance. Tele2 identified three priority formats for rollout: flagship stores (150–200 sqm), standard stores (50–70 sqm), and shopping mall kiosks.
Given the limited footprints and high product density typical of telecom environments, each format was carefully optimised to improve product visibility, streamline customer flow and maximise sales efficiency per square metre.
