Our Solution: We worked closely with Zenit's Marketing Director, Alexey Kudryavtsev, and Chief Operations Director, Natalya Tutova, to conduct thorough research across the organization. This research helped us identify common strengths and client trends, which we then used to define Zenit's new value proposition: 'Architects of Wealth.' Two key priorities emerged: communicating the transition process effectively to stakeholders and using the brand agenda to engage Zenit employees with the Wealth Management values and promise.
Externally, the priority was to introduce the new brand and engage both employees and clients with Zenit Wealth Management’s vision and value.
