CampbellRigg collaborated with Zenit Private Banking to elevate its wealth management brand through premium brand identity, bespoke interior design and strategic communications tailored for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients and their advisors. This project delivered a private banking environment where discretion, sophistication and long-term client engagement are central to the experience.

Strategic Challenge: Elevating the Private Banking Experience.
In private banking, high-value clients expect more than transactional service. They seek environments and communications that reflect privacy, personalization and prestige, where every interaction reinforces trust and long-term partnership. Zenit’s goal was to differentiate its VIP services by aligning spatial design and brand narrative with these expectations.

Externally, the priority was to introduce the new brand and engage both employees and clients with Zenit Wealth Management’s vision and value.

CampbellRigg worked closely with Zenit’s leadership to define a strategic vision rooted in long-term value and trust. Our methodology combined qualitative research with design strategy to create spaces and communications that resonate with UHNW clients.
• Brand Identity Refinement: We shaped a distinctive visual and narrative identity that reflects Zenit’s philosophy, “Money is only a tool”, creating a cohesive language across environments and touchpoints.
• VIP Lounge & Environment Design: Design concepts prioritised privacy, comfort and exclusive functionality. Conference rooms, private advisory spaces and lounges were crafted with luxurious materials, acoustic discretion and spatial flows that support high-value conversations.
• Integrated Communications Suite: We developed messaging frameworks for both physical and digital channels that conveyed Zenit’s long-term investment mindset, emphasizing clarity, trust and personal relevance to UHNW individuals.
