Continuum, a retail investment business established in Lutsk Ukraine, set its goal on becoming the No.1 choice for the Ukrainian customer in the Shopping Mall sector. The challenge to create a successful shopping mall brand required a design consultant with experience in shopping mall design, retail strategy and branding.
Port City Mall is another spectacular architectural landmark planned for the City of Zaporozhye in the south of the Ukraine.

Shopping centre master planning, interior, exterior design and brand identity.
Continuum required a national brand that could compete effectively against other shopping mall operators. Our design solution for the mall interior design would push the boundaries of destination retail design.
The vision is influenced by nature, with water and light being recurrent themes. Four beautiful roof vaults appear to flow above the expanse of the malls, capturing, then diffusing light to striking effect. The interior has been conceived in a distinctive modern style influenced by Ukraine culture, folklore and the local countryside. In this spirit, all gateways into this virtual city are designed to enhance the uniqueness of each threshold with emphasis on the strong Way-finding qualities of the civic art. Each ‘welcome hall’ is themed from one of the four elements leading to one of four Malls• Earth • Wind • Fire • Water. The malls are styled like balconied streets with ornamental balustrades with circulation on two floors.
The design takes into account changing customer needs and trends: “Everything just for me”. Putting the customer first, treating every visitor as an honoured guest, is the civic contract that port city forges with its community.

The leisure facilities include:- Night Club, 12 Screen Cinema, 10-Pin Bowling, Ice-Rink, Food Courts, Restaurants and Bars.
