The Lewis Group cleverly merge a buying, branding, store design, format segmentation and merchandising strategy to sell fashion stories. The buying teams create product stories based on life-needs solutions. This activity is supported with “Best in Class” store design.

We had been working with Chelsea Girl management team to create their brand identity and retail store design. The management team then asked us to develop a similar programme of activity for their Concept Man stores.

What we did for Concept Man
We designed the brand identity, store interior, fixtures, fittings, lighting systems, internal signage and POS promotions. We created retail fashion concepts for stand-alone stores, and shop within shop departments. 

The store layout has been designed to include the “humming bird strategy”, locating value, new seasonal ranges in “Zone A” where new product is merchandised and displayed every week.
